Reference Point Software is incredibly easy to download and use right away. If you do run into any trouble, our technical support team is available to help you:

Download Your Order Immediately

There will be a download button on the last step of the order form. If you don’t have a download button (due to your mailing address not matching your credit card), then look in your email receipt. There will be a download link if you follow the order status URL. Hint: search for your order on that page using your credit card number.

Download Your Order Later

This download method is not available until orders are processed (usually the next day). Use your email address and order number to download here.

If you don’t know your order number, give us a call, and we’ll help you locate it. Contact Us.

Exchanges and uninstalling our software

If you order the wrong item, don’t worry, email us and explain what you need. If you know your order number, please include that in the email.

Uninstalling

Windows:

  • Go to Control Panel.
  • Look for Programs and Features and click that link. (Before Win7 this was called “Add/Remove Software)
  • Scroll down to Reference Point Software and select that item.
  • You will be prompted to uninstall.

Mac: drag downloaded items to the trash.
